Reservation Terms

The deposit of the entire amount is required to complete a reservation.

The reservation is confirmed, after the payment of the entire amount.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the payment method can’t change.

Cancellation Terms

If the Guest cancels, the deposit will be refunded less a 40%

If the Host cancels a confirmed reservation, they will refund the entire amount.
